'Research in Action' - seminar
The Research in Action seminar gives junior researchers, both PhD students and postdocs, the opportunity to present their latest findings from diverse areas of biology. To promote their talks, they are encouraged to create brief “elevator pitch” videos for previewing.
After each round of the seminar, the participants choose the video they liked best.
Here, we show a small selection of these elevator pitches.
Autumn Pomreinke - Role of the protein NAMPT during hematopoiesis in early embryonic development
Autumn is a TIPP PhD student with Patrick Müller at the Friedrich Miescher Laboratory. She started her PhD in August 2015 and currently writes up her thesis.
